Juan Carlos began his hairdressing career 13 years ago back in Spain where he grew up surrounded by a family of hairdressers. In 2003 he moved to Madrid, where he studied Personal Image Consulting and quickly began working as a technical assistant for L'Oreal. He went on to live in Barcelona in 2006 where he worked as a freelance Colourist for L'Oreal Shows, which enabled him to complete his training in cutting in an internationally renowned Salon. During his time in Barcelona he studied Photography and Fashion Styling to Degree level. In 2010 he moved to London where he really started to develop his career in the fashion industry, collaborating in projects with various artists, and shooting fashion editorials for
independent magazines in Spain, Holland, UK and Argentina. During this time he was able to fuse Hairdressing with Photography testing models from some of London’s most prestigious modeling agencies. Juan Carlos demonstrates a creative and thoughtful approach to hairdressing which, as a result makes him a popular choice with our clients.
